Refund Policy

At Adrenaline.LK, we strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We understand that plans may change, so we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
    • No Refunds within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not eligible for a refund. However, exceptions may apply in cases of valid and unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Exceptions
    • We offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the activity date in certain cases, including:
      • Death or medical emergencies
      • Unexpected illness or injury
      • Flight or transport cancellations beyond your control
    • Documentation may be required to process exceptions.
  3. Process for Refunds
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team by email or phone with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
